Refund policy

All works sold at Andersen Studio are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to their unique nature, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at avandersen1@gmail.com with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
