Shipping policy

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Please allow 3–5 business days for preparation and packaging before shipment.

Domestic shipping (Spain): Estimated delivery of 2–5 business days once dispatched.

International shipping: Estimated delivery of 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of the artwork.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Andersen Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at avandersen1@gmail.com with photos of the damage and packaging.
