This work is about movement and self-expression, a way to liberate our emotions. Even when we are alone, dance can be the best medicine for the sadness inside, or it can be a moment in which we express our happiness. Dancing is like music - it doesn’t just affect the one performing but also our surroundings. Sharing this with the world — with or without anyone watching — might just make the sun shine or the rain fall, whether it’s from the sky, our eyes, or someone else’s.
